3 day live challenge

Raising Rich Kids Challenge

What if the reason your kids will struggle with money someday is the same reason you did?

Nobody sat you down and showed you the accounts, the timing, the moves. You figured it out late, if you figured it out at all.

Join the 3-day live challenge for parents who don't want their kids to learn it the hard way.

We'll open the accounts, close the knowledge gap, and hand your kids a head start you never got.

I'm Zasha. Three days. Live. Let's set your kids up.

The Question Nobody Asked Me

I was a licensed civil engineer for ten years. Good job, steady paycheck, every box checked.

I was also six figures in debt.

Not from anything reckless. I grew up in low-income housing with a single mom on Maui, put myself through college pregnant and broke, and figured the degree and title would sort the money out eventually. They didn't.

I had my daughter at 19. I wasn't thinking about investing or generational wealth. I was just trying to figure my own life out. She didn't get the head start I'm giving my son now, and that's okay. Once I got my footing in real estate, I brought her with me. Site visits, property tours, deal conversations. She watched.

She's 20 now. Made her first $10,000 investment at 19. I added her as an authorized user at 16, so by the time she was making her own decisions, she already had a foundation under her.

With my son, I'm not waiting for someday. He's 11. He's already earning money, already has a Roth IRA, already knows the difference between an asset and a liability.

The gap between kids who grow up around money and kids who don't isn't luck. It's not even income. It's knowledge, timing, and which accounts you use.

Why Right Now?

25 years of compounding you can't get back.

A custodial account opened and invested from birth to 18, then left alone to grow, can turn into roughly $1.7 million by retirement. The same money started at 25 instead of birth? Around $297,000.

Same dollars in. Same effort. The only difference is time you can't buy back later.

Three live sessions.

One hour a day.

Day 1

Where Are Your Kids Headed?

We start with a question, not a spreadsheet: do you want your kids to end up exactly where you are right now? I'll show you why the wealth gap is knowledge and timing, not income, and what waiting actually costs.

You walk away with: A completed Family Wealth Audit and an honest answer to whether your kid has any accounts in their name.

Day 2

Find The Money

The day everyone wants to skip, so we get the shame out of the way first. We run a live three-pass audit together then get you working on the basics that every parent and child should have.

You walk away with: Your Redirect Number and a high-yield savings account opened before bed tonight.

Day 3

Open The Account

A doing day. I'll teach the three investing parents and give you the decision tree for your kid's age. Then I share my screen and we open a real custodial account together, click by click.

You walk away with: An open, funded account with auto-invest turned on. Not a plan you meant to get to.

A head start isn't handed down.

It's opened, funded, and set to auto-invest.

That's why most "I'll teach my kids about money someday" never happens.

Not because you don't care. Because nobody ever showed you which account, or when.

Little kids, teenagers, or young adults... there's a lane for each one.

And in 3 days, I'll show you how to set it up for your kids.

Before You Join,

Let's Be Honest

This challenge is for you if...

  • You've been meaning to teach your kids about money "someday" and you're done waiting

  • You want your kids to see real money decisions, not just hear a lecture about them

  • You're ready to open an actual account this week, not just think about it

  • You want your kids to have a head start you didn't get, whatever their age is right now

  • You know the knowledge gap is the real gap, and you're tired of guessing at it

This challenge is not for you if...

  • You're looking for a get rich quick trick for your kid. That's not this

  • You want someone to open the account for you. I'm walking you through it, not doing it for you

  • You're not willing to show up for one dedicated hour a day to this

  • You think this only applies once your kids are older. It doesn't, there's a lane for every age

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have more questions, please ask us on our email info@zashasmith.com!

Do I need to have money saved up already to join?

No. Day 2 is built specifically to find money that's already leaving your account, not to ask you for more of it. Most people find $200 to $500 a month hiding in plain sight before we even talk about opening an account.

What if I can't make all three sessions live?

Join anyway. You'll get replays through end of day Friday, Sept 25. That said, the account-opening on Day 3 is easiest to do in real time with me on screen, so I'd block the hour if you can.

My kid is a teenager, not a baby. Is this still for me?

Yes. The decision tree we walk through on Day 3 covers every age, 0–12 gets a custodial brokerage, 13–17 with any earned income gets a custodial Roth IRA, and if college is the goal there's a 529 path too. There's a lane for wherever your kid is right now.

What if I don't have a lot of extra money to invest right now?

That's still covered. If there's nothing extra to contribute yet, Day 3 shows you the free move, opening a high-yield savings account and adding your kid as an authorized user, both take minutes and both cost nothing.

Do I need to already understand investing?

No. I'll teach you the three investing parents and exactly which account fits your situation before we open anything. You don't need a financial background, you need one honest hour a day.

I already bought the Raising Rich Kids ebook. Do I still pay?

No, you're already in. Check your email for your access code, or reply to any of our emails and we'll get you set up.

What's included in the $47?

Three live daily sessions (Sept 22–24, 12–1pm HST), the Raising Rich Kids ebook as your official workbook, and replays through Friday, Sept 25.

Is there anything after the challenge?

The challenge covers Chapters 1 through 5 of the book. On Day 3, I'll open up a 30-day group for anyone who wants to keep going through Chapters 6 through 12, 529 rules, credit building, real estate, and your full 90-Day Family Wealth Plan. It's optional, not required.

What if I open the account during the challenge and change my mind?

The accounts we open are yours, held directly at Fidelity or Schwab, not through me. You're always in full control of them, nothing is locked in.

Is this only for parents?

No. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, guardians, anyone who wants to give a kid in their life a financial head start is welcome.

Sept 22nd–24th · 12–1pm daily · live

Where they're headed. Find the money. Open the account.

Three sessions. One hour a day. A head start that outlasts the challenge.

P.S. You didn't get taught this. That's not your fault, and it's not too late to fix it for you. But your kids don't have to wait until their 30s to learn it the way we did. Every year you wait is a year of compounding they don't get back. I'll see you on the 22nd.
